  • Typically 3–6 weeks from signing. This includes permit filing (1–2 weeks), equipment delivery (1–2 weeks), and installation (1–2 days). We provide a firm schedule at time of signing.

  • Yes — always. We handle 100% of the permitting process, including filing with the municipal office, scheduling inspection, and obtaining sign-off. You don't fill out a single form.

  • Yes. We service and maintain generators installed by other contractors. We service all major brands: Generac, Kohler, Briggs & Stratton, and Cummins.

General Electrical

  • Yes. Prime M&E holds PA Master Electrician License #PA-EL-1262149. All field technicians are licensed journeyman or master electricians operating under this license.

  • Yes, always. We provide detailed written estimates before any work begins. We use flat-rate pricing — the price on your estimate is the price you pay.

  • Yes. We offer financing options through GreenSky and Synchrony for qualified customers on generator installations and larger projects. Ask about financing when you request your estimate.

  • We serve all of Greater Philadelphia: Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware, and Chester counties. We also serve select areas in South Jersey. Call to confirm your specific address.
